PAYMENT TERMS

1. Prices start from £65/hour (£520/day) or £195 for a half day initial consultation (4 hours).

2. The number of hours or days will differ depending on factors such as (but not limited to) the skillsets of the company embarking on the project/investment readiness, the need for external specialists, and the size and scope of the project. This will be outlined in the proposal. 

3. Following any negotiation of the proposal, a contract of works must be signed by all parties involved in the completion of the project, before any work will be undertaken by Vika.

4. Please note that the proposal may be revisited during the project should the need for a change to the workload of either party change.

5. Payment should be made within one month of work completion - this includes delivery of consultation sessions, workshopping, and provision of proposals.

6. Where recommendations are made to engage with other specialists, they will charge their own fee, which should be negotiated with them directly. At this time, no referral fees are in place.
