What can you expect from Vika?

Whatever your project, whether you’re establishing your company and USP, approaching MVP development or simply wanting to create more structure in the day to day running of your company, Vika can help.

Initial ½ day consultation

We’ll workshop the project, your approach, the team, resources and finances you’re able to commit to the project. Together, we’ll establish the goals, parameters and timeframe of the project, and how it aligns with the company’s growth plan.

Proposal

We’ll follow up with a proposal, clearly outlining the expected project workload and milestone responsibilities of Vika, yourselves, and other partners within the project. We’ll also discuss the role of other parties it might be pertinent to work with, such as government-funded institutions, legal advisors or market research specialists. Costings for Vika’s time will be presented upfront, so no nasty surprises! Should you wish to work with us on a longer-term basis, we’ll be happy to negotiate favourable terms.

Project Coordination

We’ll have regular check-ins and workshops, either remotely or in person, to suit you. Vika will continually evaluate any risks to the project, any shortcomings in the workload, and any adjustments needed to realign to project goals. Maintaining momentum through challenging circumstances can be incredibly difficult. Where project pivots are required, we’ll be happy to assist in involving your team and other relevant parties in workshopping a new route, realigning project goals, and ensuring team cohesion.

Vika will assist in creating project documentation, including the provision where required of templates and the production of supporting spreadsheets and graphics. We will also be actively involved in research and workshopping with potential investors, clients and partners where required.

At specific, pre-agreed milestones we’ll evaluate progress and workload apportioning to ensure efficiency, fair division of labour, and to ensure the success criteria your project are met.
